![]() ![]() Organizational Development: Ability to design and implement OD interventions at the enterprise level utilizing a variety of organizational development theories and models to develop sustainable change within the enterprise.Knowledge of designing, producing, testing and launching digital (eLearning, podcasts, video, virtual training) content that conforms to bank technology, learning management system and accessibility standards.Create and manage the LMS for ENGIE North America, responsible for connecting ENA’s learning platforms to those of our parent company, establishes and ensures the tracking and reporting of all learning engagements across ENGIE North America.Utilize appropriate tools and software to transfer knowledge into mobile learning methodology.Develops high quality curriculum and course development for multiple business units. ![]() Assists with the development of process improvements based on best in class training principles.Uses technical writing skills to develop curricula and instructional materials including agendas, exercises, and other materials in both a mobile learning and blended learning format.Work with managers and employees to determine training and development needs and identifying activities and strategies to meet those needs, works with team to develop and upgrade classes as needed to meet customer needs.Understands interactive programs for computer-based training, CD ROM, web applications, and/or alternative multimedia formats. ![]()
